Guard The Flock is a safety and security training company serving  churches and  synagogues in Texas by helping them to establish and train volunteer safety teams that are responsible for the  safety, security, and welfare of their congregations during times of worship and other activities. 

Troy Perry is a former Master Peace Officer, Gang Investigator, and Police Instructor. After leaving law enforcement in 2005, Troy moved into the private sector where he has facilitated Leadership Development courses, and led Learning and Development teams. He has a Bachelor Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Leadership. He currently serves as the Ministry Director for the Emergency Response Team at Kingsland Baptist Church in Katy, Texas.
